About The Client

The client, Avishkar Agro Technology, is an India-based food processing company that supplies high-quality dry fruits across the globe. They are an ISO 9001:2008, FSSC: 22000:2005 certified company and adhere to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards while processing the dry fruits. The client wanted to use technology to maintain and improve the quality of their production.

Business Challenge

Avishkar Agro Technology had never implemented an ERP solution before. All their processes were done manually. However, they wanted to reduce the order lead time, manufacturing lead time, effectively manage the inventory and reduce the overall costs.
